Positive: Super clean room and bathroom. Extremely helpful and friendly owner and staff. I saw no breakfast offered on booking but there is. Yes, it is basic, but the rice porridge with meat and broad seasoning options was really above average and gives power to explore the city. Location is perfect. Sights are close, food night market directly when you walk out, 7/11 as well nearby. My impression was that the windows are good to keep the noise out, I had a tight sleep. So if you want to be remote, go remote. Parking is public but I had never problems to park my motorbike daytime. Staff even moved it in the night to a better and safer place in front of the hotel.

Negative: As someone mentioned in the reviews, no light switch at the bed, at least in my room. No big deal, use your smartphone. Bathroom is Thai style all in one. It was still a 9.5 out of 10 stay.

Positive: Very convenient hotel in the center. Just a few minutes from the train station. For railway fans book room B10 or go to the coffeteria on the 3rd floor to see the trains passing the railway crossing. The rooms were nice, clean and reasonably furnished. Internet worked well. Bathroom was clean, shower with hot water. The only thing not clear is what are the sheets and what exactly gets changed after each guest. Otherwise due to the location and price this hotel is perfect.
