Negative: I'm an ex hotel general manager with a major chain in U S. The buffet breakfast has a very good selection During my five day stay THE FOOD WAS CONSISTANTLY COLD, EVEN AFTER A FRIENDLY REMINDER THEY JUST DID NOT RAISE THE TEMP SPECIALLY FOR.THE FRIED EGGS AND HASH BROWNS.. I really did not understand their logic. I believe they should refund me for the uneatable breakfast .
