Positive: Fab garden for the dog. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed. Excellent heating system.

Negative: Could do with an extra tea towel and make sure you take dish washer tablets if you intend to use it. None provided.

Positive: Loved the place. Beautiful garden that the dog loved. The location was excellent. Fish and chip shop across the road along with the pub. Will definitely be back.

Negative: Would have loved to stop here longer. Unfortunately we had to cut short our stay through family issues.

Positive: Amazing property , spotlessly clean and had everything we needed . Very quiet and peaceful location despite being across the road from a pub ( we ate here a couple of nights too ) . Great Wi-Fi , the shower was spacious and powerful . Plenty of hanging space for clothes .

Positive: Fantastic property, with a lovely welcome hamper, that was very much appreciated! Great location of 10 mins drive from North Yorkshire Water Park, where we were at an event, so ideal!

Negative: Not a negative, but worth noting you can hear the live music from the pub across the road whilst in the garden.
