Positive: We had a lovely two-night stay in the Avocet and Dartford Warbler rooms, with the Dartford Warbler overlooking the beautiful garden. Steph and Richard were incredibly welcoming, friendly, polite, and attentive throughout our visit. The rooms were spotless and perfectly suited to our needs, with comfortable beds and a peaceful atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious! Highly recommend this place !!

Positive: Location was perfect for visiting Studland and Swanage. Room was very clean, breakfast tasty and the garden beautiful. The hosts were so welcoming and made me feel at ease as I was travelling alone. I would definitely stay again.
