Summary: Overall, our stay was disappointing. While the staff was friendly, several issues throughout our visit took away from the experience. We reported that the bathtub drain would not close, making it difficult to use the tub as intended. Even after several days, the issue was never repaired or addressed. The pool also failed to open at its scheduled time, which was frustrating since we had planned part of our day around using it. The complimentary breakfast was another major disappointment. When a hotel advertises a continental breakfast, we expect at least some hot options or a more substantial selection, such as eggs, bacon, sausage, or similar breakfast items. Instead, the breakfast was the same every morning: small muffins, small donuts, bagels, toast, two types of cereal, yogurt, milk, and a pancake machine that wasn't working one of the days. The muffins and donuts were frequently empty and often were not restocked promptly. The selection was very limited, and we were still hungry after breakfast on multiple mornings. Unfortunately, the lack of maintenance, inconsistent amenities, and underwhelming breakfast made our stay fall short of expectations. We hope these issues are addressed so future guests have a better experience.

Summary: Nice room quiet and clean. A/c fridge and microwave works well. Room secure. Pool looked great but we didn’t use. Not fancy but will do the job

Summary: The room smelled bad. The tissue dispenser was empty. There was only a third of a roll of toilet paper available. The bathtub drained extremely slowly causing me to stand in 3-4 inches of water while showering. A dead cockroach and a dead spider floated up from the clogged drain. Half the lights in the room has dead bulbs. The stairs leading to our second floor room were borderline treacherous.

Summary: The room was clean and well taken care of. Had an issue on our second night where our key card wouldn’t let us into the room. Went into the front desk and had it fixed in less than a minute. The staff was very nice and friendly. I will definitely be coming back to stay again next time I’m in town.
