Summary: Beautiful location but unfortunately weather prevented us from fully enjoying the amenities. They did make a nice fire for us when asked which we enjoyed in the colonial style living room. Clean rooms and great soaking tub In ours.

Summary: The Spruce Point is a family favorite. Peaceful and quiet, with amazing food and service and a location that can't be beat. I gave 4 stars for the condition because our room, while large and comfortable, could stand a bit of refurbishing. It did not detract from our wonderful stay.

Summary: This resort is beautiful however the room was dated. I would advise against booking with them. I was charged extra without any explanation and reserved an ocean view after booking with Expedia. Upon arrival I was given a partial ocean view in the back of the property. The receptionist agreed I was being charged for an ocean view but they over booked. I was told they couldn’t do anything and to contact Expedia. The manager refused to address the situation despite Expedia’s multiple attempts. Buyer beware.

Summary: It's a very nice resort. We stayed in a cottage with water view. It was nice but not upgraded at all. Only major problem was we could hear our wall sharing neighbors. Every time they used their microwave we could hear it beep and the door open and close. We did enjoy our stay!

Summary: This was a nice property. Great location in proximity to Boothbay and they had great onsite amenities like a pool, hot tub, kayaks, bikes for rent, hiking trails, a shuttle that would take you 10 mins into town. The rooms were fine, a bit dated but they were clean. The walls are extremely thin, we could hear everyone of our neighbors, particularly our neighbors upstairs who were walking around and shouting until past midnight. The shouting was one thing but being able to hear every step they took was annoying, so we didn’t sleep well. If you’re planning a visit make sure to get a room on the upper floors.
