Positive: We were allocated Waterfall Room, a beautiful 😍 haven for self-catering. Super spacious, clean and the relaxing sound of the Waterfall nearby. Mind you the entire property was breathtaking. It was our 1st experience with the self check-in and it went smoothly. When we needed assistance with the gas stove and oven, the WhatsApp line was responsive. The housekeeper - Diana checked in on us every morning.

Positive: Cleanliness of the place is wonderful, and it is very scenic. I also enjoyed proximity to other places in Hillcrest.
Negative: No complaints. Suggestions would be to look at some soft comforts to increase guests' enjoyment - coasters, board games, maybe a dart board, for instance.
