Summary: Everything from check in time to check out was excellent. We visit Shreveport a couple of times a year and will be staying here. Excellent customer service, breakfast, clean rooms.

Summary: Staff at the front desk are very courteous and professional! They made the stay. The renovations were not an issue. The room divider/glass were dirty and had something splattered on them. Other than that it was great!
