Summary: Property maintenance is poor. Work repair is done cheap and sloppy. Property shows age. Breakfast is dull and nothing noteworthy.

Summary: Breakfast had very little options. The pool was supposed to be open 7am daily and was closed when we tried to use it at 8am! Even though I specifically called prior to check I. To make sure all amenities would be available during our stay. For the price of the room I would expect all amenities to be available!

Summary: The sofa bed was very lumpy and uncomfortable. The room heating was very loud. The cover porovided for the sofa bed was very scratchy and not enough for 2 people. The got tub when the jets were turned on was cool adn very cloudy.

Summary: The pool was quite crowded but clean and my daughter loved it the room was nice as well. The staff was very accommodating and even got us a different room due to a tv issue.

Summary: Pool was small and chilly, most adults got in and quickly out. The kids got used to it and stayed in. Our room was long and narrow with little space between the bed and wall (2 people couldn't pass). And the bathroom door was a slider with no lock on it. Poor privacy. But the closet was large, the kids could hang out in it. Quite odd room.

Summary: Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was out of a lot of things and one elevator was broke.

Summary: Room was very clean as was whole hotel. Only issues we had was only 1 elevator was working, the gym was closed and breakfast was medicore (eggs were runny, no meat, and no potatoes). The gym was a deciding factor for picking this hotel, so that was disappointing that was closed.
