Summary: The state is fabulous. The only problem the TV remote doesn’t work well with TV mounted where it’s at. Staff was amazing.

Summary: Fastest check in ever. Front desk was staff was so friendly and fast with the check in. Loved not having to wait long to get into my room. Rooms were clean and well taken care of.

Summary: Our stay at the west valley city utah springhill hotel was one of our best experiences yet. I am left completely astonished at the great service there. On a scale of 1-10 i would rate the hotel a 10. The parking was around a few meters away from the hotel, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was a great amenity. We formally appreciate your support.

Summary: There were ants in the bathroom. The room was not entirely clean. The AC unit was super cold. Aside from that, location was great & breakfast was good.

Summary: The hotel was nice and the room was very comfortable and clean. I will likely stay there again at some point. My one real complaint is with all the sensors in the room. Sometimes they wouldn’t allow me to turn on the lights because they didn’t seem to think I was there. Then, suddenly, the lights would come on 15 seconds later. It would make the room seem haunted if I didn’t know better. The television coming on the first time I entered the room to offer a greeting and instructions had a creepy, Big Brother vibe. Have these people not read 1984? Finally, the thermostat is psychotic. When I wanted my room less frigid and turned up the set temperature two degrees, it turned on the heat. I just didn’t want the AC to keep running but I couldn’t override the heater. It kept turning on. Outside, it was a 100 degree day and inside the heat was on. What? I hope they can fix this.

Summary: Our stay was great, as it usually is when I stay in a Springhill hotel. With our room, we get a mini frifge and I needed to store my insulin because I'm diabetic, but the mini fridge wasn't working. I called the front desk and they offered to let me store it in the employee fridge, but I didn't want my meds not with me. They solved the issue by mo ing us to another room that had a working mini fridge
