Summary: Our stay was a bit unpleasant. Room service came once (after 5pm), we stayed 3 nights and there was mold near the outlets. Everything outside of that was ok

Summary: Only stayed overnight. Room was clean. I think they need to purchase a new mattress. It was sinking in some places

Summary: Stayed for a few day business trip. Room was very “worn”. Had difficulty with hot water for the shower. Was clean and staff was nice, but rooms need some love.

Summary: Was kind of upset to find out there was a notice from the fire marshall that the fire suppression system was inoperable. There also is not enough space between the trundle bed and the area where the gridge is to pull out the trundle all the way. Once it is out you can not access the fridge and you have to pull the mattress out to be able to put the sheets on it. If i would have been able to relocate and would've have lost my money on the booking i would have not stayed. Parking is horrible. We had to park down the hill in the back and walk around the gotel to check in as there was no where to pull in to checknin and at least get key cards to use a different entrance once parked. Breakfast was good. The room in general was okay. Could not use the tv from both queen beds and plugs for medical devices were not available without having to move night stand.
