Summary: Large hotel and as breakfast is only available from 6 until 9, it gets crowded in the breakfast area. Room was clean and comfortable.

Summary: Traveling with my kids and sister to visit family in town. The room was clean, and there were no visible hairs on beds and surfaces. The only complaint was the condition of the trundle bed. Upon our arrival, we noticed that the sofa cushions, which serve as the top mattress of the trundle bed, were visibly dirty and presented with mystery stains. When we opened up the rest of the sofa bed, the bottom drawer of the trundle was just plain nasty. We certainly didn't trust the sheets on the sofa bed, so we replaced them with extras provided in the room. What I liked best was the space in the room and that there were two sinks--one in the shower room and one in the toilet room (they were separate, which allows for privacy. The staff seemed helpful and knowledgeable, and the breakfast choices were good.

Summary: This is a classy place! Very clean and spacious! It is well suited for businessmen and businesswomen who are traveling for work! Macon, GA isn’t much to talk about, but, the hotel is nice!

Summary: Very clean and comfortable. The room door stuck, and the locks on the bathrooms did not work. This did not deter from our stay, but it might for someone else.

Summary: I booked two rooms and one of the rooms smelled horrible like rotten sewage and the smell hit you in the face as soon as you walked in the room. The room next door that we had was fine. At first they just came in the room and sprayed some cleaning spray on everything to cover up the smell, but that didn’t work so they got my sister’s family switched over to another room. The room they switched to was fine and they discounted it for her trouble. You can tell that it is an older Springhill Suites because it wasn’t as updated as the others I’ve stayed in, but beds were comfortable.
