Negative: I had an accessible room, and the shower was in a separate room from the toilet. There were sinks in both rooms, but it would have been easier to have everything in one room. also, there were no tissues available, which would have been nice.

Negative: We did not like that the TV is not in front of the bed in the king room. It is off to the side and that makes it uncomfortable to watch TV
