Summary: We were supposed to have 2 beds and a pull out couch - 3 adults 2 children. When we checked in, we were told by staff ‘sorry we gave your room away, we have a room with 1 king and a trundle’ - Our room was prepaid for almost a year ago! We were told they would ‘comp’ our parking, which was noted in our email was complimentary. And the trundle was extremely uncomfortable and springy, the couch was hard and stiff and the bed was crowded with 1 adult and 2 children. We were very disappointed and will not be back!

Summary: Very nice property and rooms are big and spacious and walking distance to a shopping center. Only thing is my room said it had a queen size pull out bed but it’s not a pull out. The bottom of the couch pulls out a twin mattress that was very uncomfortable and you felt all the wires so we didn’t end up using it but the good thing is the couch itself was wide. I also wished there was better lighting in the room since it’s high ceilings but the lighting isn’t good. I will say all the staff was super nice and friendly!

Summary: I love that it is modern with Huntington Beach artwork and decor. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was good with a variety of items. It is a convenient location close to shopping and restaurants and our son and daughter-in-law’s house. This was my second stay here and I plan to come back in July when our granddaughter is born!
