Summary: They gave us the wrong type of room and wouldn’t change it. Then we got no housekeeping in four days. No explanation or apology from the front desk.

Summary: We had a first floor room which smelled musty and smoky upon entry, in the evening my wife and I could smell urine. I think there have been alot of pets in this room. Check in was good, room was clean, breakfast was good beside the shelves holding ornamaents over the breakfast area had a ton of dust on them. Not what you really want to see above the buffet counter. I'd try a higher floor room.
