Positive: This is the place to stay! Everything was amazing but especially the staff! Room was large and clean. Breakfast was great! Shuttle driver was out of this world! Thank you John!!

Negative: They didn't have staff to prepare breakfast so they offered 'Grab and Go' bags that included only yogurt, an apple, and a bottle of milk. No real food was offered even though the reservation included a full breakfast.

Positive: Location near the interstate was quick and easy to get to. Bed and Pillows were comfortable. Room was clean and fresh. A little perfumey but still smelled ok.

Negative: Poor access to plugs for our phone chargers. Lamps had usb-a outlets but our charging cords are usb-C. Lamps should just have outlet plugs, not a specific type. Had to move nightstands away from wall in order to get to electric plugs behind them. Even a power strip of some type would have been easier. A/C was not turned on and the room was very hot when we arrived. It had been 98 degrees that day and it took almost an hour or more for the A/C to cool off the room. Also the A/C was not near powerful or cold enough for the size of the room. It just took way to long to cool off.

Summary: Recently remodeled, friendly front desk staff and no bad smells or stains in carpet. Easy to get to.

Positive: The bed was amazingly comfortable, the pillows were really good, room was very quiet. This was the best hotel breakfast we have ever encountered. Everything was fresh and delicious. Tasted like fresh eggs. We will stay at this hotel chain again

Negative: minor complaint: the entrance to bathroom/vanity were directly across from the bed. While the bathroom had a door, the vanity area did not, thus making it difficult for one person to start the day without disturbing the other.

Summary: Excellent facility in every area we accessed. Highly recommend this hotel chain

Negative: Reservation was for king suite. NOT what we got. Disappointed layout of room. When in bathroom if the light is on you blind the person in bed. There is no door.
