Positive: 10-15 minutes to airport with free shuttle both ways! Breakfast was decent with good coffee, bed was comfy with good pillows. Extra room with a desk and couch.

Negative: It's a little rundown but good enough considering the location to the airport. The light in the shower/toilet room was way too bright so a little disruptive at night.

Positive: Airport shuttle service is truly a great bonus! Daily buffet breakfast is a blessing to have. Space of the room is more than sufficient for a couple like us. The staff from the reception area, kitchen staff, and shuttle driver are all pleasant, kind, and very understanding. The generous good coffee is something I appreciate so much. We also loved the quiet neighborhood coz it made us feel safe. Distance to the airport is a jackpot coz you don't need to worry about being late. Lastly, the view from our room is beautiful... Special mention to Magda who is endlessly helpful and sweet!.. and the lady at the reception during the Chicago Marathon day around 5:10am (Oct 12) who gave us an apple for energy and lots of good energy to run the race... we truly appreciate you, ladies! Lastly, sending so much gratitude to the ladies assigned at the buffet breakfast... always kind and smiling and would even share a quick conversation even if they're so busy... gracias, Amiga!

Negative: We stayed here for 9 days, so i think i have ample observations that might help he hotel more relevant and competitive . 1. Install a bidet in the toilet, ewen the simple type. It will be such an UPGRADE to your toilet, esp for well-traveled people like us who are used to such toilet function. 2. Please add simple veggies in your buffet breakfast. As basic as lettuce and tomato, then one salad dressing.I think would be enough. It will make your buffet spread more appealing and will also make vegetable eaters happy, like me. I appreciate the daily serving of bananas, but it would be awesome if it could be alternated by an apple.

Positive: The hotel location is quiet and has a safe neighborhood Staff are friendly and accommodating. For the room price I have no complaints. Close to restaurants, grocery and train station.

Negative: Breakfast is nice but lacks day to day variety.

Positive: Comfy, the staff was great, walking distance to supermarket, pharmacy and restaurants. Convient laundry area, gym and pool

Negative: It doesn't have a sidewalk in the front of the hotel, so crossing the street or getting to the nearest crossing feels kind of unsafe
