Summary: Although the front desk rep requested housekeeping service at check in for me and I asked the housekeeper in the hall if she would just remove the trash from the night before and bring clean towels nothing was done after the room was empty for over 4 hrs. Will not be staying at a Springhill Suites again I expected at least minimum service

Summary: Easily the best hotel in the Charlotte area. Stayed at a few including some of the expensive ones Uptown for a conference. But this one was far and away the best hotel that I stayed at in the North Carolina area. Huge rooms, everything is clean and new. Highly recommend.

Summary: They were very accommodating for my dog and me. They put us on the ground floor near the exit so I could take Daisie out as needed. The facility was clean and very quiet. Will definitely stay again!

Summary: The only thing I would change is the orientation of the bathroom in our room. When traveling with others and you have to share a bathroom, the door is transparent so the light shines through even when you are trying to sleep. Other than that the room was nice and spacious

Summary: Property and staff were nice, however our rooms were not cleaned. Lots of misc. items paper, bottle caps, bandaid wrappers on the floor. We did notify staff, they sent a member to "Look" at it, She determined it did need to be cleaned and said someone would be up shortly. They never arrived. WE did notify them and the next day was told they "cleaned the room instead of a refresh. Bottle caps and bandaid wrappers remained on floor.
