Summary: The hotel appears to be part-way through being rebranded, everything looked new and smelled clean, and of fresh paint. The only real downside was the crew that started installing new door locks on the rooms on my floor at 4:00pm, making a terrible racket with what sounded like a router, as well as plenty of slamming and banging, which went on until well past 7:00pm.

Summary: The hotel itself is under going a change and so it is in chaos. When we checked in, Jane was so busy telling us how horrible the rest of the staff was she did not get us checked in correctly and did not charge my card. This resulted in a 12:08 AM phone call from Jane which woke us from a deep sleep to get payment. When I brought my complaint to the front desk the next morning I was told they would pass it on. The manager was not in on the weekend. No one ever said anything else to me or contacted me about it. I don't know if the manager even knows. To top this off the only door to get into the hotel was the front because all other doors were locked due to construction. When we parked in the back, there was a door but it was locked and there was nothing on it to say it was permanently locked. You could not use the workout room either. Finally, there was construction mess everywhere and parts of the parking lot were blocked off with it making parking difficult.

Summary: The only disappointment we had was with the breakfast. It was very lacking and was not re-filled quickly enough to avoid long waits for food to arrive.

Summary: The property is being renovated...we were not informed of that prior to making a reservation. That fact was compounded by the arrogant and cold response from on-site management. Totally rude. Will not be back.

Summary: Had to wait at least 5 minutes to get checked in. No one greeting people at the front desk… no sign .. nothing. When she finally came from the back to check us in, she started complaining about 2 other employees that SHE trained. The whole check in process was very uncomfortable to say the least. She was not professional in manner, dress and appearance at all… Also, we booked the Cambria and evidently they are in the process of switching either to that or away from that brand. The main hotel sign was not Cambria… when we were trying to find it, it would have been nice for some other kind of sign in place as well.

Summary: I was not aware that construction was taking place. I believe it would've been fair to let me know that and to charge an "under construction" price. Breakfast was underwhelming. Room itself was beautiful!

Summary: The whole place was in transition from Cambria to Marriott. The breakfast was great, but pool wasn’t available, no coffee maker in room, short supply of towels, gym wasn’t available, and no daily housekeeping.
