Summary: We had a bittersweet stay this time. We stay here at least twice a year. During this stay we had to help our dog cross the rainbow bridge. The staff was amazing. They were kind and thoughtful. They even gave us a sympathy card signed by many staff members.

Summary: I reserved this room for my daughter’s birthday. We were going to swim and have a sleep over with 2 of her friends. Unfortunately, the pool heater was not working. I was told that the heater was fixed when I arrived, but it was not. The water and pool room was cold. The kids did not swim long because of this. I was very disappointed.

Summary: During our stay they must have had a flood or leak as there were many floor fans that were on during the e tire stay day and night. This made it also very noisy during breakfast

Summary: This was our first time to stay at this hotel on our overnight trip to the Wind Creek Event Center, which was about a 10 minute drive away via rt. 78. Before booking the hotel, I read some of the reviews which were mostly favorable. I was a little concerned about some of the negative posts, but the price was right for a Saturday night stay so I booked it. We found that the hotel was excellent in all categories. It actually looked like it had recently been renovated, but upon asking on check out, we were told that was not the case. Those who claimed it was dirty or had a smell or the staff was unfriendly must have been talking about another hotel, or just the type of people who always complain. We will not hesitate to book there on future trips to the Bethleham area.
