Summary: Visited as we were attending an exhibition at the NEC. Only 10 mins drive to the venue. Excellent accommodation. Absolutely spotless. Lovely room and a great breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: Advertised as a deluxe double/twin, nothing deluxe about it The room was small and had two single beds in. The bathroom was clean but tiny too. The breakfast was limited with basic choices with sub standard products. I was asked to choose my choice the night of my first night and it was the same for my second with no offering of a change. Small tired albeit clean room certainly not worth £214 per night

Summary: I used this property as my base in Birmingham while I was attending an event at the NEC. It was so conveniently located the owners were so friendly and helpful that I wouldn’t hesitate to return to this lodging, should I have another event in Birmingham? The property has been recently updated. I really like the modern bathroom facilities.

Summary: I knew then single room would be small based on the photographs, but it had been carefully planned so that everything you need was there. It was perfect for a single traveller for one or two nights. The host was very helpful and welcoming and the breakfast was lovely. A very pleasant change from a bland chain hotel.
