Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a beautiful spot on the lake with full sun most of the day and lovely sunsets. The house was comfortable. Could use a few better pans for cooking. New grill which was great.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was 2nd year at property. Location cannot be beat. House itself not well maintained and not prepared for guest arrival! Some examples include firepit overflowing/unusable, beach area buried leaves/debris/dead fish/overwhelming smell, mold smell front bedroom especially, boats old/unused/not ones pictured, kitchen sink barely trickle, kitchen cabinet hanging with loose screws, exposed wire upstairs bathroom, bathroom door handle loose,only 2 fans/one not always working, old deck furniture, rot on dock. Some of this was present last year and we did discuss post stay. Location is lovely so we decided to try one more time. Found property itself in worse shape. We love this lake and location, would not rent this house again for the very high, luxury rental price they are charging.
