Positive: Functional and faultlessly, spotlessly clean. Superb position to access everything that Bedale and the surrounding areas has to offer.

Negative: Local church bells?? chimed regularly during the night. Lack of curtaining meant property was flooded with light very early in the morning. Despite several reviews dating back some time referencing the problem with the cooker and hob controls no action has been taken.

Positive: The property was beautiful, very clean, quiet and a good location. There was a pint of milk in the fridge with sachets of milk, coffee, tea with both Demerara and white sugar available. Lovely crockery, beautiful bed linen the list goes on basically we couldn't fault the property. The bonus was the car parking space as I am a wheelchair user.

Positive: Very clean and comfortable. I loved staying in the flat

Negative: I loved it all just a few maintenance things - the tap in the bathroom sink needs to be repaired and there looks as if there has been a little water coming through to the floor below. The hob is hard to use as you can not see the temperature dials.

Positive: Fabulous property - lovely decor, comfy beds, plenty of space, spotlessly clean. Ideal location in Bedale centre and private parking a real bonus

Negative: Bathroom tap in sink is faulty - sprayed water everywhere - needs fixing urgently. On our last night (Sunday 17/11) someone was drilling (yes drilling!) in the adjacent property at 1am. We hammered on the walls and shouted at them to “SHUT UP”!

Summary: Spring Rose exceeded our expectations and was a lovely home from home

Positive: Very comfortable and good value for money. Beautifully decorated and well equipped. The location is great as we were visiting our family that live in Bedale.

Negative: My only criticisms are: That there are no long length mirrors. The tap in the bathroom could do with replacing as it splashes out at you when you use. Cooker top difficult to use as no instructions and the markings are missing, so it's trial and error to know what temperature it's set on.
