Positive: Check-in staff where quick efficient and really friendly. Rooms was clean but shower looked a bit dated and wasn't the most powerful along with changing temperature.

Positive: The closeness to the bmx track that my son was competing at.

Negative: It didn’t have its own lounge/bar area you had to use the pub on the same grounds. Not ideal when young children with.

Negative: The hotel do no actually offer meals so breakfast was offered in the adjacent pub and the breakfast was awful! Couldn’t even offer poached egg as as apparently they didn’t have a pan!!
