Summary: Everyvtime I have stayed at Spring Gardens it has been a wonderful experince. I love the owner Mr. Brown with his calm demeanor. If you are looking for peace and tranquility Spring Gardens is the place to stay.

Summary: No hot water, no useable bath tub (which was what sold us on it), very poor wifi so problematic tv. Grimy pool. Restaurant shut at 4 and had no menu. The very worst thing was we spoke to the manager and he really either didn't understand what the problem was or didn't see why any of that should be a problem. This is very confused. It's not really a hotel and no one made our bed. It's on a main road and under the flight path. Lovely manager but we felt like we'd beaten him to the ground by complaining and taken the food from the mouths of his children. We got a 50% refund but only because we asked twice. I mean, this is someone who held his hand under some very lukewarm/cold water and siad it was hot so.... Oh, and all the lovely grounds are up a hill behind you.

Summary: The fitness center does not exist. I don't know what the previous guests were talking about, but there's not one in the area, and when I asked management about it they said they had never heard of it and even after calling around still didn't find one. The restaurant is not a restaurant. It's catering - you have to request meals in advance - but they don't tell you that in advance. Given that there is nothing else in the area, that's a major issue. I had to walk an hour and 45 minutes to find an open restaurant one night - and when I asked for help getting back they didn't respond. The constant weddings aren't a major problem, especially since they're good about ending the noise at a reasonable hour, but it's something to be aware of.

Summary: The location, staff, and environment were all excellent. Mr and Mrs Browne invited us to lunch with their family on Christmas Day. The front desk and hisuse keeping were excellent, they were very mindful👌

Summary: The type of dark sand beach near the property. There is also a lot of space to walk around the property and I notices a lot of birds singing

Summary: My husband &I stayed here for 16 days( 3 unplanned). This resort is a gem off the beaten path. If you want to totally disconnect from a busy lifestyle , this is the place to be!! The location of this wonderful place is in a dead zone, so availability of both Wi-Fi and hot-spots are spontaneously brief. The staff ( Miss Nicole & Miss ) were amazing at the front desk. The cleaning ladies ( Miss Flora and others)were wonderful in ensuring that your room is cleaned daily( please ask for fresh linens and or towels). We were unaware that breakfast was available until the second day and we didn’t miss a breakfast for 7 days straight. The staff “ up the hill” were amazing; both Miss Michelle and the cook Miss Jacklyn took great care of my husband and I. Miss Michelle brought us fresh coconut water each morning when she told us of the availability. We had fresh fruits, great cornmeal porridge ( as well as other local porridges) . And for dinner, each night we ate of the fresh fish, local ground provisions, as well as other beautiful dishes. We also walked the grounds and sat under the orange gazebo and just listened to the distant sound of the waves that we saw from our room. Mr. Frankie the grounds man, made sure we had sturdy chairs to sit on outside. Mr.&. Mrs. Brown took great care of us & made sure we tasted the best food options available. When our plane was delayed for three days, they also ensured that we had a place to stay. My family & I will be returning soon!!
