You'll be impressed with the property as soon as you arrive! Not only will there be more than enough room for your group to spread out both indoors and outdoors, but you'll also find over 25 acres of fields surrounding the home! Nearby streams, camping, canoeing, paddle boarding, pond and river fishing, swimming, and a playground.
Kids will immediately flock to the large playground featuring swings, a slide, playhouse, treehouse, and more to keep them busy! While the kiddos play, adults will love lounging on the 3,000 square foot deck complete with an outdoor kitchen with gas barbecue grills, a 12’ counter, picnic tables with seating for 50+ and LED lighting for the ultimate outdoor entertainment.
Want to get on the water? You're in luck. There’s a private pond with a Pergola, LED lighting and a boat dock from which to fish, or to launch available kayaks, paddle boat, long board, or tubes. Three fishing poles are provided for the fishing enthusiasts to reel in a trout from the private catch-and-release pond or catch huge suckers, and catfish in Spring Creek (guests to provide hooks, bait, sinkers etc. several life vests are available). Two streams converge on the property so there's lots of water, open space, trees, and privacy.
When you've had enough outdoor fun, head inside and relax among tasteful decor and furnishings. You'll instantly feel at home with access to free wireless internet, 4 flat-screen cable TVs (3 Smart TVs), multiple living areas to spread out, and a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen fit for a king, offering plenty of room for helping hands when dinnertime approaches. Whipping up home-cooked favorites will be a breeze with ample counter space, a large island, modern stainless steel appliances, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens and 2 refrigerators! The dining area can be extended to fit 15.
