Summary: If you are looking for a true Maine experience, The Spouter Inn is a great place to start. Perfectly located between several little popular towns, Camden, Rockland, Bar Harbor and short drives to Bangor, Portland and more. The Inn keepers were great hosts and the accommodation were cozy and comfortable , and the Breakfasts were top notch. We will be back. Thank you Mark and Tracy!!!!!

Summary: Everything was perfect! The 3course breakfast is delicious, fresh afternoon baked goods a treat! Mark and Tracy great hosts, bed very comfortable. A plus we didn’t realize was can walk to a little pizza/sub store and 2 great restaurants. Can easily spend a relaxing day at the beach across street or just sitting in the porch chairs or lawn chairs. And love the small walkable Lincolnville beach area.

Summary: Mark and Tracy went way beyond to make sure that we had a nice stay. I traveled during the airline meltdown so ended up arriving very late at night and Mark was there waiting for me. The place is beautiful and super comfortable

Summary: Wonderful location, which we chose as a base to explore other coastal towns nearby such as Camden and Belfast. The hosts were lovely, and the gourmet 3 course breakfast served daily was simply amazing. The home was charming, and cozy and filled with everything that made the stay delightful. Walking across the street to a lobster dinner on the water was an added bonus. We’d love to return to the Spouter Inn.
