Positive: Beautiful, peaceful setting just a few minutes walk to the chairlift, giving easy access to beautiful winter hikes and plenty of skiing. The rooms are spacious and light with beautiful views from the balconies. The multilingual team of staff made me feel incredibly welcome - as a solo traveller this is very important. This is one hotel that I will definitely go back to.

Positive: Nice staff and room was good. Pretty big balcony which is definitely useful during summer months

Negative: The road to the hotel is pretty dangerous especially in winter when snow covers everything. We drove to Interlaken after check out and struggled with icy roads
