Positive: large hotel, sport decorated but I found it too unatural. I would choose a smaller one with more character. The parking lot is behind the hotel, but no direct connection, one has to walk through the side walk till front entrance

Positive: A very pretty hotel close to Innsbruck centre, with an attractive terrace and a welcome spa/pool area. Amazing mountain views from some of the rooms; very comfortable beds and smart bathrooms. Easy free parking too. Igls has some good restaurants and bars too.

Negative: We had to ask for the tea and coffee facilities, but these were provided quickly.

Summary: An attractive and comfortable hotel with wonderful views in a very convenient location.

Negative: Not impressed with location. The staff were not engaged There was only 1 person looking after the bar and the restaurant. Poor man could not cope We waited ages to be served with mediocre food

Positive: Great view from the hotel room. Pool facilities were good too.

Negative: The provided crib didn't have a proper matress. Instead the "matress" was a folded duvet with a sheet on top. Absolutely not safe for a little baby and a huge suffocation hazard! I'm shocked they would even provide something like that. Beds were very uncomfortable and worn out. Two separate mattresses that were just put on top of a (very dirty!) bedframe and kept slipping apart. The resulting gap in the middle exposed all sorts of hair and dust. Disgusting. Toilet was also not clean.

Positive: We were happy with SPA, fitness and breakfest. Our room was really large, clean, with beuatiful view. But there is not cabinet for clothing and doors to WC are always partially open (no privacy).

Negative: Wi-fi simply didn´t work, but we don´t care :)
