Positive: We received a call from the hotel to enquire if we would be at the hotel before the kitchen shut for dinner, as we weren't going to be they arranged for two plates of food to be available when we arrived. The plates of food were served to us when we arrived and were much more than we were expecting. To us they had gone the extra mile and made us feel good.

Negative: Despite people being in the spa in swimming costume's, one man decided it was ok for him to be naked. The spa itself was very good.

Summary: Hotel staff went the extra mile.

Positive: The rooms were new and had an amazing view! The staff could not do more for you!

Negative: As like many of the reviews the food combinations at dinner were just a bit too out there for our taste!

Positive: Everything was perfect. Friendly and helpfull staff, excellent breakfast and dinner. The cleanliness is superb. View of the beautiful surrounding peaks, close to the center. A small spa to relax after an active day. Our motocycle in a covered area. We will definitely come again

Positive: The manager and reception staff very helpful and communicative with natural Italian courtesy. Great kitchen. Nice, very efficient restaurant staff. Clean and comfortable hotel. What do you need more?

Negative: Poor wi-fi in my room.

Positive: The dessert bar was delicious. Excellent staff. Rich morning breakfast. Great place with access to ski slopes. Not far from city center and shops. Spa have multiple saunas. The room space was great with nice balcony and great bathroom. EV charger for Teslas.

Negative: Scrambled eggs were distasteful, like from powder. Plumb tubes were very loud in the room, you could hear every flush from neighbors above us. Dinner was on the one hand a great experience, like from a Michelin chef however if you travel with kids, it is a problem. Luckily they were doing custom pasta on request for kids. The whirlpool needs a slight refurbish. Parking only outside.

Summary: Overall very nice experience, with great staff, big bar, rich half board, posh but friendly.

Negative: Sauna could have been a little hotter. Lack of gift-shops in Arabba.

Summary: Excellent; however on return day I slipped on ice an tore my leather coat (hopefully an easy repair)
