Positive: The room was great! Spacious and clean and staff was very nice

Negative: Half of the hotel was down, no pools, restaurants only the arcade. Could not get a room key due to some issues they was having. Felt bad for the staff they did great with what they had

Positive: Super amenities all under one roof - restaurant, bar, great pool, theater, etc.

Negative: Although the room configuration (we had 2 bedroom 2 bath) was great for the family, the room and decor were well used and in need of updating.

Positive: The location of all the all the activities was perfect as it was on site at the hotel and the staff was very friendly.

Negative: Housekeeping services were HORRIBLE. Limited towels and toilet paper. Called and requested more and they never came to replenish it, even though they said they were on their way, they never came. When I asked the front desk they said they ran out. The overall concept of the place was nice but it’s definitely in need of some upgrades.
