Summary: We booked a hotel for a 2-person trip. The location is excellent - the view of the waterfront from the balcony room is amazing. Is close to everything and the service and the staff were excellent. The room design is functional and elegant. It’s super clean. The bathroom amenities are awesome. The staff go out of their ways to be helpful. The property itself is better than the online photos.

Summary: Really lovely hotel, our room was on 3rd floor. Nice big bed, but the shower was poorly designed and tiny so water leaked everywhere. Be careful for hidden extras, including the parking £20. And although breakfast was nice the majority of hot food was chargeable.
