Positive: We stayed for 10 days in September 2025. We very much enjoyed our stay, the apartment is very nice and clean, the view of Kapsali from the terrace is amazing. It only a short walk to Kapsali with its beach, taverns, bars and supermarket. Would stay again.

Positive: The apartments are well located just up the hill from Kapsali with a stunning view of Kapsali Bay and seascapes from the balcony. Easy walking distance to Kapsali, beaches and coastal walks around Chora. Staff are friendly and the apartments are good value for money. Parking was easy and is onsite.

Negative: The self-catering facilities are minimal.

Positive: Nice set up, surrounded by vegetation. The location is close to the road but it didn't constitute a problem, as there wasn't much traffic in October. It is higher up the hill, perfect view of the golf and still at short walk to beach and tavernas. The walk is via a rather steep slope, so not for everyone! Room spacious, clean and nicely decorated, the sink/kitchen area seemed new and tastefully done. The terrace is big and has a nice view, overlooking the gulf, perfect to eat out. There is a little desk in the room, which came in handy for the laptop.

Negative: The cooking facilities rather limited, we just about managed to make coffee. I would say it is enough for a snack but less than what Greeks call a kitchenette. Mosquito nets were not really tight onto the window frames, so you couldn't fully rely on them. Maybe mosquitoes are not a problem up there? I don't know... Bathroom OK but it could be better.

Positive: So pleased that we chose Spitia Vasili for our stay in Kapsali. Just a short walk from the beach, we had perfect views of the bay, St John's church in the cliff and the full moon from our balcony! The room itself was lovely; comfortable and clean, with thoughtful touches. Very helpful and friendly staff too. Thank you! Highly recommended.

Negative: AirCon is very weak :/ and beds are quite basic, so not really the best sleep. Two quite important (but quickly doable) improvements that would bring the place from good to great.
