Positive: We had a lovely weeks stay in Spiti Calliope. It is in a great location in a small pretty village. There are several restaurants in walking distance and two vineyards at a short drive. It is a 30 minute drive or less from some great walking spots, and there are lots of low traffic roads around the village for an evening stroll. If you enjoy birdwatching, you can see and hear black francolins close by, and the village was full of swifts. The house is clean and comfortable, with good wifi and aircon. There is everything you need to cook, as well as an outdoor kitchen space. The shaded courtyard is a good space to relax on hot afternoons. The bath is a nice addition to help cool down. Marionos was easy to communicate with and sorted any of our requests quickly. We would recommend Spiti Calliope especially if you enjoy peace and quiet, and being close to nature.

Positive: It was beautiful, and would’ve lovely in summer.
Negative: We stayed when there was a storm, so shutters and wooden doors were banging all night, power cuts means the emergency lighting keep coming on during the night. We were excited to use the outdoor bath, only to be told there was no hot water available, this was just a “summer” experience.
Summary: Beautiful property, really clean and well maintained, but definitely one to be used over summer.

Positive: I stayed for one night with my family. We had a wonderful time. The house had everything we needed and more. The beds were very comfortable, bathrooms clean and the garden was perfect to sit outside with my family and bond while playing board games. The amenities were great and kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. It was truly a home away from home with all the comforts. The host was excellent and very accommodating. We received the location, info about the house and the history behind the house prior to our stay which was very helpful and considerate. I highly recommend this house for a relaxing getaway in a beautiful traditional village.
Summary: Excellent experience for my family with all comforts and value for money.

Negative: Nothing really, all was good.

Positive: Very nice accommodation suitable for a family with children or two couples. With a little modesty even for 3 couples. The bedrooms are wonderful with very comfortable beds. The courtyard is very nice and great to stay outside. There are several restaurants within walking distance.
Negative: We were a little disappointed with the cleanliness of the kitchen. It's likely that no one had been in here for a long time. I believe it was just an unfortunate coincidence. Otherwise, everything was perfectly clean.
