Summary: Absolutely wonderful, we couldn’t be happier. The decor is stunning & the check-in process was super easy. All the amenities were fantastic, along with the recommendations for dinner in town. We were celebrating our 26th wedding anniversary & upon arriving we were welcomed with flowers, swan towels on the bed, some candy, celebration napkins & delicious cupcakes from Ruthann’s Bakery in town. Wow, we are blown away, the hospitality just went above & beyond! We can’t wait to return 💕

Summary: The only complaint we had with our room and stay was the height of the bed. There was no box spring and the bed was too low for our liking. Other than that we loved the place!

Summary: Can’t say enough good things about this place!! Clean, cute , comfortable , pet friendly and affordable…. We booked 2 rooms for our family trip and was very comfortable. A lot of amenities. Walking distance to cute downtown area. Would highly recommend.

Summary: The property looks to be new or very newly renovated. The checkin and checkout process was simple and quick. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed. It was an excellent stay.

Summary: Spillway has everything!! Secure contactless entry, beautiful and comfortable rooms. Amenities are numerous: large walk in shower, full kitchen. Full deck share with 4 units, outside chairs and fire pit, use of free kayaks and bikes. A putting green and a bago game set up. Fitness center. This and a brief walk to town. The owners are a delight and very accommodating. A perfect vacation ❤️ Bellaire has fabulous restaurants and is 20 mins to Torch Lake. 30 mins to the Jordan River for tubing or kayaking.

Summary: We are both 70+ and had the stairs to climb. It was the only disappointment. We knew that was the case however next time we have to be downstairs. Loved the location and amenities.
