Negative: Old rooms. Too expensive!! Obviously rates are increased if you are attending a wedding. 2 course meal on the Friday night—- $90 per head. No choice of menu.

Positive: Everything was amazing. Your staff are a credit to you - everyone was so friendly, helpful and great to deal with. We would especially like to thank Nico, Kevin, Dani (who was brilliant doing our wine tasting), Annabel, Kirsty and Guy who looked after us and made our whole experience special (we were celebrating our 35th Wedding Anniversary) and memorable. We also want to mention the young man who was feeding the animals in the nursery and then later filled up our wood supply - he was another great ambassador for Spicers.

Negative: We don't wish to be negative and these are minor things: the bed in Room 9 was comfortable, but too soft for us. Also we were unable to locate a plug for the bathroom sink (for shaving).

Summary: Our stay was the perfect combination of relaxation, luxury, incredible food & wine and memories made

Positive: Beautiful location and great food as always.

Negative: After having stayed at the property many times over the years there were a few little things we noticed that are starting to slip a little. Some of the reception staff were just not quite as professional and friendly as previously, the spa wasn’t working and some of the facilities were worn or broken. Nothing major but we did notice. The restaurant and food was fantastic as always.

Positive: One of the most pleasant outlooks in all Australia ... we enjoyed all meals and staff are superb. The nature walks were heavenly and seeing 3 koalas made my trip!

Negative: Struggling to name a thing ... soundtrack in restaurant, bit repetitive (comment rather than complaint!). Ev erything superb.
