Positive: The location is excellent. 3min walk to a major shopping centre and trams /buses. 10min walk to broadbeach. Next door to Dracula's and a short walk to the casino.

Negative: It would be better if the pantry had a few basics - even if it was just an oil spray and salt and pepper.
