Summary: The room was nice but a few small issues and tea service was basic. The swimming pool wasn’t that well maintained (a random boat?) and used by children mostly. Overall, a nice place but over-priced.

Summary: Booked a presidential cottage but on check-in, we were told that the cottages weren't available to our consternation. Checked into a supposedly another room which was supposedly a presidential suite in the main building. Really disappointing and not what we booked. Room offered was very clean though

Summary: This is a beautiful resort hotel. Good for leisure but not so much for business as the rooms are too far from the main lobby and the reception/breakfast area. The rooms are spread across acres of land close to the lake.

Summary: The service was ok but some of the basics were missing from the room such as slippers and dressing gowns . One phonecall and the slippers were delivered . But , i didn’t expect a 5 star hotel not to have dressings gowns .
