Negative: Balcony decking was dangerous. Access instructions were poor, we had to ask a stranger for help. Bathroom exhaust fan not very effective.

Positive: location was brilliant, short walk to st.kilda beach, cafes, shops, bars & pubs. great views of the melbourne skyline. very clean apartment.

Negative: shower water pressure is very weak, needs attention. stairs leading up to the apartment are quite scary if you have a fear of heights.
