If location is important to you, don't overlook our property. Our home is nestled on top of Seven Springs Resort in a gated community named Southwind. Be the 1st down the mountain on those snowy mornings. With our ski in/ski out feature, you will get the most out of the slopes while others are waiting in line. From this skier's hideout you can step onto the ski trail just off the back porch and getting back is as simple as taking the ski lift back to the top.
And Seven Springs is an all seasons resort! Our property overlooks a private heated pool and hot tub for Southwind guests that rests at the top of the mountain. Seven Springs
Resort has so much to do; mountain biking, zip lines, alpine slides, trap shooting, summer tubing, golfing, frisbee golfing, ropes courses, miniature gold, bowling, hiking, fishing and so much more. This beautiful townhouse has over 2,400 sq. ft. of living space. You can comfortably sleep 8-10 in this spacious multi-level home in its 4 bedrooms. Our fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing a quick meal between runs.

This rental includes the use of Southwind physical fitness facilities. The Clubhouse above the gym is restricted for use by owners. There is a large pool looking down the slopes with unbelievable views.
Area attractions include: Fallingwater, Fort Ligonier, Idlewild Amusement Park, Johnstown Flood Museum, Kentuck Knob, Laurel Caverns, Living Treasures Animal Park, Somerset Historical Center, Whitewater Rafting, and the Caddy Shack Family Entertainment Center.
Seven Springs is located in the Laurel Highlands. The highlands has fantastic natural beauty. Fishing, hiking, biking, canoeing , white water rafting, and hunting areas

Summary: Well equipped condo with lot’s of space. Very close to shared community pool and hot tub. We stayed in summer and enjoyed how quiet this popular ski area was. Rafting and hiking in Ohiopyle was only 30-40 minutes away.

Summary: We just loved our stay ! The place was spotless and of course snowing the entire time while there for four days helped. The access to slopes was 100 ft from the patio where we clicked in. The kitchen had everything we needed and we cooked great meals together and enjoyed warming by the fire after skiing sub zero temps. The bedrooms were spacious and the bathrooms were beautiful. Definitely recommend for ski trips!
