Summary: This property was perfect for our large crew! We had 5 families, 6 kids under the age of 4, and this house exceeded expectations. It was so spacious and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and helpful. If you are there to ski it is a short drive to the base of peak 7 & 8. Bonus points we saw moose at the end of our street. I would highly recommend this house!

Summary: Great for entire family to eat together. Great to have separate areas where individuals could “escape” to for private time. Kitchen very well stocked. All appliances worked well. Very enjoyable stay.

Summary: Our family of ten people (ages 8-80) stayed at Cobb Vista for a week while enjoying Summit County at the end of July. It was a nice, big house that met our needs. We all slept comfortably, were able to sit around the large table for meals (and to play games), had quiet places for retreat when needed, and the view off the back deck was beautiful. The hot tub was another nice feature, along with the large washer and dryer. The kitchen had virtually everything we needed as well. The photos in the listing are accurate - there were no surprises onsite. Amy was always responsive and so was the property manager, Andrea, who lives two doors down. I would recommend!

Summary: For a big group this is a lovely home. Enough space to spread out with some chill out space to “hide” if you need too. This was a great house for our short stay in Break.

Summary: More than enough of everything (space, plates, etc) to host a large group. I think we counted 6+ coffee makers in the house! The heated driveway and the garage were crucial for us to get on the slopes early even after 8 inches of fresh snow.

Summary: We had the pleasure of staying in breckenridge at Cobb vista for the first time over the holidays and WOW! Did this far exceed our expectations. Starting off with easy and quick communication from Amy answering any questions prior to arrival and always making feel relaxed and excited for our trip. We had some family hiccups (due to COVID) and wound up with a total of 4 different families with us through out our stay, varying in ages as young as 5 years old to teens, up to adults and some there for just a few nights. Everyone had EVERYTHING they could have possibly needed and more. We have been to Colorado numerous times on vacation with our family but this is the first time we invited more family and rented such a large property. On site you have a property manager to assist you with anything that comes up during your stay and she is super helpful if looking for some recommendations on places to go in Breck as well, even where to park ! The house is HUGE. 3 levels and plenty of room to spread out so everyone feels like they have their own space. The kids loved it!!! We cooked in every single night except our last and totally utilized the kitchen for our New Year’s Eve dinner. The dining room table stays on theme with this house it is also massive! Highly recommend stocking up on groceries and staying in at night to cook and use the hot tub and enjoy the house. Location was awesome just a quick drive to the gondola or into town. This house also has unexpected perks like an extra dishwasher, yes that’s right- not one, but two! An extra dryer for those damp ski clothes. Extra bedding, 2 extra kitchenettes downstairs and upstairs in the master … oh did I mention heated floors on the main level ??? Everything here was well thought out and you feel well taken care of during your stay. Can’t say enough good things!!! Thank you amy and Andrea !!!

Summary: My family came to Breckenridge for a family reunion at the end of July. This house was prefect for us as we had family travelling in from all over the US. The size of the main living area and kitchen was more than adequate for all our family to spend time together for meals, games, and visiting. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, appliances, cutlery and made it very easy to prepare meals. The number and size of rooms was wonderful and allowed everyone in our family to have a bed to sleep in. Overall, this was a fantastic house and was exactly as advertised. The owner was very quick in responding to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this property and would stay here again if we head back to Breckenridge.
