Beautiful home furnishings, home Theatre, pool table Room, 2 large master bedroom suites with direct ocean access and coastline views.
Total of 7 bedrooms with 3 king beds, 4 queen beds and 2 twin beds (trundle).
4 car garage, 6 car parking within a private entry gate and a basketball court.
Bicycle ride along the 20 mile stretch of the beach bike path that starts near our home and goes from Torrance Beach to Santa Monica.

Summary: A beautiful and comfortable property with all the features necessary for a relaxing and comfortable beach-side stay that required no excursions to local attractions. The entertainment features of the home were excellent, including the theater, the game room, the basketball court, the pool, the hot tub, and the access to the beach. It was a very comfortable stay!

Summary: This house is perfect for an extended family reunion. We had 14 of us, 8 adults and 6 teenagers, and the bedroom situation worked well. The house is very grand and spacious with tons of amenities available. We used the pool and spa a lot, the pool table/ping pong room, the movie room, the pickle ball court and the easy access to the beach (fairly steep, but my 80 year old mother was still able to navigate it). Mark, the owner, was very helpful orienting us to the features of the house, was responsive to our many texts, and quickly delivered any items that we needed. To accommodate a larger group in one house on the beach and with all of the fun amenities available, this house is one of a kind.

Summary: This is our third time renting this house and once again we had an AMAZING time. Mark and Leslie are lovely owners and very accommodating. House is just unbelievable in every way. Kids spent hours in the pool and theater room, while the adults enjoyed the short Walking distance to fun shops and restaurants. Added bonus is the proximity to some of the best running/walking/biking paths in all of LA! Cant wait to come back.

Summary: This was our third vacation to this property-- my kids want to come every year! Between the pool/hot tub, water slide, beach front view, gorgeous family are and bedrooms, and the courtesy and kindness of the owner-- this place is a gem. Relaxing and yet so much to do! I hope to visit for years to come!
