Walking distance to the famous Del Mar Fairgrounds and Racetrack, Cedros design district and many excellent restaurants.
All the amenities and comforts of home: Brand new 75 inch flat screen HDTV in living room and large flat screen in bedroom, high speed wireless internet. Brand new memory foam king bed in master with luxurious linens, king bed in the second bedroom, and full kitchen with Keurig coffee station for that mandatory fresh coffee while breathing in the ocean breeze.
Walk directly down the path to take a dip in the oceanfront pool and jacuzzi, or take a short walk to the beach.

Summary: This is a spectacular, very well kept oceanfront condo. Location could not be better, it is literally a 5 min walk to Fletcher's Cove Beach and a 10 min walk to Cedros Avenue with lots of nice cafes and shops. The condo as such has all appliance you would need, it is in great shape and has a huge balcony from which you can watch the Pacific ocean. We were very happy here, Damon is a great host and was very responsive in relation to any questions we had.

Summary: This is probably the best VRBO that I've ever stayed in - clean, beautiful inside, and an amazing balcony with ocean views. Going to sleep to the sound of the ocean every night was amazing. It's just minutes from the beach and Cedros Ave which has cute cafes and shops. The owner was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely stay again!

Summary: We have rented several dozen 5.0 star VRBO properties over the years and this is one of the very best. First, Damon was proactively very helpful. Second, the interior is beautiful and fully equipped. Third, the outside LR and DR areas are lovely. Lastly, for those tennis and Pickleball enthusiasts, the complex has 2 well maintained tennis courts, one of which has nets and is lined for 2 Pickleball courts, plus a high-end backboard to practice against. Basically, your private sports club at the beach, as we were the only ones to use them all week. We are already planning to go back.

Summary: We had a spectacular stay with our family in Damon and Keri's beach condo. From the beginning, we were impressed with the way that we were made to feel right at home. We were greeted with a personal note on the counter from Damon and Keri with their contact information, in case we had any questions. The condo was very clean, updated, and upscale! We were in awe from the views from the living room area and the balcony. The sound of the ocean and fresh ocean breeze added to the wonderful vacation-like feeling that you get in this condo. Any and all accessories that we would ever need on a vacation, were stocked in the condo and storage area in the garage. We enjoyed the beach accessories - the boogie boards were a big hit, but the little details, down to the quality of the kitchen utensils, made this vacation home experience so wonderful. The quality of the furnishings in Damon and Keri's condo is fantastic. The beds were so comfortable. The outdoor seating area was perfect for enjoying a couple cups of coffee in the morning while overlooking the ocean, or watching the sunset in the evening. We enjoyed exploring the town of Solana Beach, and found it had just what we needed, but wasn't overly big or distracting from our vacation. We could not have hoped for a better location. The area was very family friendly, yet was quiet and calm. Definitely this rental has been one of the best experiences we have ever had and would not hesitate one minute to book again, if we travel back this way.

Summary: My husband and I got to spend a week at this fabulous Surfsong condo on the ocean front in Solana Beach. The views were incredible and we sat for hours and enjoyed the spacious outdoor living area. The unit itself is fully stocked with everything you need and the location is a dream. The massive TV was such a bonus for watching sports. The photos can't even match the actual beauty of this condo. There is easy access to many excellent restaurants.. The owners could not have been more helpful from the very beginning. Damon answered all my questions and was super clear with entry instructions and responded immediately to our texts. Overall we had a great experience and would highly recommend this condo for any ocean lover. We will be back soon!
