6 Bedroom House in Brewster

This absolutely wonderful property is just like a spread in Coastal Living Magazine. It is perfect for a large family with the 6 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. Every room in the house is decorated in Cape Cod style decor and nothing was forgotten. There is a formal fireplaced living room, the gas fireplaced family room has a large 52” flat screen TV, fabulous chef's kitchen with a wolf gas stove and top of the line appliances. 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor along with 2 full baths. The second floor has 2 additional bedrooms and a sitting area with a 46” flat screen TV plus a newly renovated bath with a rain shower. There is also a fully finished lower level with wonderful travertine tiles on the floor, custom bar with fridge and 70” flatscreen TV with new built-ins and a fireplace (photo coming soon), an additional bedroom that looks out to the pool along with a pool table, ping pong table , foosball table, large sectional sofa with large flat screen TV and DVD so the kids can watch while the adults play pool. The lower level also has french doors that open to the pool area and an additional full bath.
The furnishings are mostly Pottery Barn, local Cape boutiques and European country antiques. A deck with a large table to sit and eat at while looking over the pool. Down below by the pool is a very large wood Pottery Barn table with and umbrella. There is an ultimate Weber gas grill to cook up the steaks on after a long day at the beach. The outdoor living space is spectacular with the in-ground pool (optional heated), newly pavered fire pit area set among the hydrangeas, play-set and sand box, large fenced in yard and space to play volleyball, baseball, football, etc. There is also a screened gazebo with table and chairs for cards or happy hour in the evening away from the bugs. The house comes equipped with everything you will need on your Cape Cod vacation. There are kids toys, pool toys, pool mats, beach chairs, a large cooler, kids activities, and adult books and games. There is also Wi-Fi, Cable TV, DVD player and 5 large flat screen TVs in different areas of the house. The house is located about 1 1/4 miles from Breakwater Beach and 1/2 mile to the Brewster General Store. The house is on a private cul de sac with plenty of privacy yet close to everything. Linens and towels are included!

Summary: We were fortunate to rent a fabulous home on the Cape with every amenity you could imagine. The kitchen was fully stocked, the grandkids enjoyed the pool, the fire pit in the evening was a perfect ending to each perfect day … with s’mores!! There even was a large selection of books - to cuddle up on the deck or in the screened in porch with your cup of coffee. Pool floats, corn hole and a half basketball court also added to our fun days!! We know we are coming back and look forward to the next adventure!

Summary: We very much enjoyed staying in this home. The landscaping was beautiful and there was plenty of room for 12 people. The pool was a favorite!! Brewster was a great place as it was not super crowded and we enjoyed being near the Cape Cod Rail Trail. Lots of good restaurants nearby as well! We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: We loved our time in Brewster. Tucked away is this oasis of a home. Private and quiet down a street away from the main road. Gorgeous home with all the amenities and plenty of space for our party of 9. You never have to leave the property given the pool area, playground, basketball court and firepit. You will not be disappointed.

Summary: My family and I had the pleasure of recently staying at this beautiful home in Brewster, MA. This property has an excellent balance of amenities (e.g., heated pool, firepit, basketball court, playground, walkout finished basement with game room, etc.), privacy and location to many local beaches, shopping stores and great restaurants. Nanci (the Owner) and Patty (the Property Manager) were both very professional, thoughtful and responsive throughout the rental process. My family and I had had a wonderful vacation staying here and I would highly recommend this property if you are looking to book an unforgettable future trip to Cape Cod!
