Summary: Full of rustic charm - pictures on HomeAway don’t do it justice. The owners were really helpful, friendly and welcoming from start to finish. The villa had all amenities to ensure an enjoyable relaxing holiday. We wholeheartedly recommend this villa.

Summary: Montse and family are very friendly from meeting us upon arrival to responding to questions and checking everything ok at the end of the stay. The villa is spacious inside with plenty of character but it was the different areas outside that our family of 5 loved the most. The pool area is nice with both sunny and shady areas with a lovely little seating area looking over the mountains (ideal for the coffee in the morning or G&T/Beer in the evening). The outside eating area and veranda around parts of the house were all shady and pleasant to relax out of the sun during the day and early evening. There property is well equipped for entertaining the kids and so very self contained. You will need a car and the walk into the (sleepy) village is not ideal for younger children so while there are a number of good restaurants and shops etc. in Cantoria and other nearby towns and villages we found a car essential for reaching these. Having said that, the road links are excellent with easy driving to beaches (30 minutes) and other sites/activities. In summary - excellent property and we would absolutely recommend it for quiet, self contained family holiday (which was our objective) with lots to entertain the children, but you do need a car. Our thanks again to Montse for the use of this lovely villa and his friendly support during our stay.

Summary: This is a fabulous villa - a resort by itself! The facilities are excellent, every kitchen appliance you could imagine and lots of things for the kids, and grown ups to do. Both the inside and outside space was immaculately clean, outside space is just lovely to enjoy the pool and gardens (though we were there in March so missed out on a dip n the pool )though sun was lovely to sit out. There were only 2 of us - so a bit big for us really but really liked the look of it and was not disappointed. Excellent value even for 2! And as for the hosts - Montse, Juan and Domingo,I I can't speak too highly of and thank them enough. We had a couple of traumas - absolutely nothing to do with the villa and they were immediately on hand to help, nothing was too much trouble. Thanks you so much for a wonderful week, for your kind help and we hope to see you again soon. Don't look any further - book this now!! Esta es una villa fabulosa, ¡un complejo en sí mismo! Las instalaciones son excelentes, cada electrodoméstico de cocina que puedas imaginar y muchas cosas para que hagan los niños y los adultos. Tanto el espacio interior como el exterior estaban impecablemente limpios, el espacio exterior es encantador para disfrutar de la piscina y los jardines (aunque estuvimos allí en marzo, así que perdimos un chapuzón en la piscina) aunque el sol era encantador para sentarse. Summary: We really enjoyed our stay in the house has plenty of space inside and out for our family of four. The owners were really friendly and helpful, solving a few minor problems at the start of our week within the hour. A great base for relaxing by the pool or touring around the local area which great main road access nearby. Cantoria village 5 mins, the bigger town of Albox in 10 and we were on the coast in around 40 mins.

Summary: We were delighted when we arrived at the villa to find that nothing had been exaggerated, Montse, Juan and Domingo where there to meet us and show us around this fabulous house and grounds. They had also left us a welcome pack with water, wine, soft drinks and fruit. We can't thank them enough for being so helpful by providing a cot for the baby and even enquiring if we needed a buggy to borrow. A wonderful holiday had by us all .
