Summary: Firstly I’ll talk about the apartment and apartment complex.We stayed for a week in for May until 3rd June and we didn’t arrive until late for check in.Luca’s communication was great he gave us his number and was there when we arrived just outside the apartment complex to greet us and then show us around the apartment.The apartment was excellent everything was brand new, even had to pull stickers off the pans when we used them, As they stil had the stickers on.The apartment has a big kitchen space and living room which 2 big bedrooms which both have doors that led to a garden which is layer with artificial grass and slabs which is equipped with sun loungers, a large table and chairs and a washing machine which was very handy having 3 children.The decor of the apartment was all new and very clean and tidy, with a great biew at the front of the large pool area and the rear has a side view up to Santa Teressa and the mountains.The apartment is located just outside the town so I would recommend a car to get around not just to visit the town but the area has so many amazing beaches which we visited a few.The only downside to the apartment and complex was that only one of the pools of the 3 was open but that might be due to May be considered not in season, however the main pool which was open is just outside your door and was very well maintained by Antonio who I think is the Maintenance contact for the complex.Supermarkets are on location.

Summary: We had a fantastic week here. The apartment is right next to the pool and has everything you need. We had 2 adults and 2 teens and had lots of space. To walk into Santa Teresa takes about 25 minutes, it’s an easy walk and there’s a good selection of restaurants to visit. There are plenty of beaches within a 15 minute drive.

Summary: The location is convenient as there is a supermarket next door. The next beach Rene Bianca is not 9 minutes by foot because Google maps says it's 1.4 km and it's uphill. You need a car to get around. We and two other German families in the compound didn't feel welcome because the neighbors in the compound reprimanded the kids not to play ball in the pool or to speak too loudly on the pool but when the Italian teenagers played ball in the pool very loudly in the evenings it was totally fine. So we started avoiding the pool more and more and I felt uncomfortable. But other than that it's a good apartment to go and visit beaches from.

Summary: We stayed in this beautiful apartment in late may 2015. It was quiet in the apartment complex as it was only early in the season but this suited us as we had a 2 year old.we had use of the pool to ourselves during the day.clean and well equipped accommodation. santa Teresa is a nice town with a beautiful beach all within a 15 walk from the apartment.good restaurant choices even though early in the season. Monica the host was extremely helpful and loves fridge magnets if you wish to get on her good side. Would not hesitate to recommend

Summary: We wanted to rent this apartment (listing 848285), but unfortunately it was already booked when we got in contact with the owner (Monica). We then asked if she could advice us any other apartment for rental in the residence and within just a day we had an offer for a beautiful apartment in the same building! As the owner did not speak English everything was handled by Monica. She is very helpful and serviceminded and acted professionally all the way. She sent us maps and leaflets before our departure and was in contact with us several times during our stay via sms to ensure everything was OK. The residence is very nice and calm, suitable for families or persons that just want to enjoy a nice and peaceful vacation. The pool is clean and there are almost always enough sunbeds for everyone. The apartments are modern and well-equipped with AC, stove, washing machine etc. We had a comfortable lounge set on our terrace, very convenient for siesta and when you just want to enjoy a drink outside in the evening. 50 m around the corner there is a nice and well-assorted grocery store with a manual fish and meat counter, fresh bread etc - very practical! 200 m away there is another food store. The beach in Santa Teresa is OK, but we preferred to visit other pristine beaches in Capo Testa and along the coast. The water is crystal clear and the sea has a beautiful turquoise color. A very nice daytrip is to Bonifacio in Corsica. The boattrip is awesome and Bonifacio has a wonderful port for yachts and you will find plenty of bars and nice restaurants. The only bad thing with Santa Teresa di Gallura is that we didn't find any good restaurants! We therefore preferred to make our own dinner at the outside grill.

Summary: We were three friends staying in the appartment for 10 days. Before arrival everything worked out perfectly and Monica always answered to any questions we had. After arrival a nice woman gives you the key and shows you around (speaking only Italian but it works, and in case of doubt you still have Monica's phonenumber)! The appartment is clean and well equipped with anything you need in the kitchen (Mokka, Coffeemachine, Watercooker, Pots...), the bathroom (hairdryer, towels...) and around (BBQ place, sunbed...)! For groceries the two supermarkets (50m and 200m) have everything and are very convenient. Also the pool areas are very tidy and with nice water. But the best are the beaches around, it is possible to spend every day of the vacation on another beautiful beach - all of them in driving distance of maximum 15 minutes (nearest one is in 800m). For activities there is a very nice diving centre across the street and in 5 minutes walking distance you can find a horseriding place. To walk to the centre of Santa Teresa it takes you 10-15 minutes. It's a nice town and you can find a couple of nice restaurants around. We were very happy with our choice and would always recommend to book the place for any kind of vacation (friends, couple, familiy...)!

Summary: The appartement was very nice and clean en enough space inside and outside, with 2 gardens and a barbeque and 3 swimmingpools also one for little children, The supermarket was very close and the fisch and meat department was very good assorted and they had also everything for breakfast and dinner,the owner of the appartemen called if every thing was oke, with was very nice. The beaches are very beautiful en the water very clear like the caribean, the swimmingpool is also very nice when in the evening the light shines in the pool very romantic, Santa teresa Gallura is very sparkeling in the night, you must go there to drink something on the terras or to get an italian icecream. We had a rental car and visit other beaches, but our favourit beache was Capo Testa, we also did a boat trip to the magdalena archipel, we and our children loved it, i recomend this appartment to every body, we had a wonderful holiday. We certainly go back next year because it had everything we wanted. with kind regard fam. Schier
