This spacious and gracious property on a scenic lake includes two 2-story freshly painted houses which are connected by a 150' flagstone walk, a sweeping green lawn, and circular drive. A Har-Tru tennis court, 2 sandy lakeside beaches and a large 4 car garage complete the scene. Birch trees, hemlocks and tall pine abound. It is a perfect setting for family vacations and reunions.

The big house has 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and sleeps 11. Downstairs consists of a large living room with fireplace and an equally large sun room/dining room with extensive views of the lake and mountains. A big country kitchen, large fridge, etc. make cooking fun. A stone patio with patio furniture is just outside. It's a perfect setting for daytime reading, evening cocktails, or to witness the colorful sunsets.

The little house has 4 bedrooms (2 queen beds, 2 single beds plus 1 double bed) and 2 bathrooms. Downstairs is a medium sized living room with stone fireplace and sliding glass doors.

The prominent feature is a large wood deck cantilevered over the lake, with a large screened porch at one end, with extra dining table and chairs. The gas grill is shared between both houses. The deck gets lots of sun and views of sunsets.

Summary: We frequent Brant Lake annually, this location was by far the best spot we have ever stayed!

Summary: My whole family (parents, siblings, wife, nieces, nephews) spent an entire week at this wonderful place. The amount of space in the two houses was plenty for all of us to have fun together but also relax quietly when desired. The accomodations are great for large parties and there are many activites (lake, beach, kayaks, rowboat, fishing, tennis, badminton, dock for your own boat, and more) to keep older and younger folks busy and entertained. The views and sunsets were exceptional. The owners were helpful and friendly throughout the process and quickly answered any questions we had. Overall, it was an amazing experience for the entire family and we all left talking about the next time we will all be back together again at this incredible location. Highly recommended.

Summary: We found this property to be perfect for a gathering of a large group of people, both young and old. We had it set up for the young people to use the big house while the older ones used the little house. The accommodations were truly outstanding. The children enjoyed the beach, kayaks and tennis court, while the younger adults also enjoyed those things along with the sunfish sailing and canoeing while the older people looked on. Everyone enjoyed watching the incredible sunsets from the tremendous wood deck and wonderful screened in porch. Our family would highly recommend this for families that want a great place for fun and relaxation.
