James Aug 31, 2026 05:45:00 AM

Summary: Second floor room with no elevators or help with luggage was a bummer. Hot tub was actually very nice. Have to go across street for any food. Beautiful location and loved the UTV rental on property

Teresa Aug 28, 2026 03:35:27 AM

Summary: We do have a couple complaints. The bed was very hard. Also, the hallway noise was bad, as well as the noise from the shower from the room next door. Otherwise, it's a beautiful location with great amenities. The Latchstring Restaurant, across the road, is fantastic.

Troy Aug 26, 2026 01:34:27 AM

Summary: I had to check out a day early. I was told by the front desk I would get reimbursed for that day. I did not .

Silvia Aug 11, 2026 08:10:16 PM

Summary: Very accommodating! Love the area .

Victor Aug 11, 2026 02:26:06 PM

Summary: Place is very old. Loud plumbing, dripping shower NO CELL SERVICE and NO UBER OR TAXI WILL GO UP THERE FOR PICK UP. If you didn’t rent a car or drove your own, you will be stuck without a ride. We were stuck for 3 days without transportation because no Uber , lift or taxi wanted to go up there. Overall not a very good experience

Richard Jul 28, 2026 02:21:09 AM

Summary: The location of the lodge is spectacular, and the lodge is beautiful. The staff were wonderful. Our concern is that there is a lot of tourist traffic and the rooms just aren’t kept very clean. This is a tremendous property and they just need to put in the effort to do some deep cleaning and probably some refreshing or remodeling.

Molly Jul 27, 2026 10:27:02 AM

Summary: It was in a great location. The lobby was beautiful and our room had everything we needed. I didn’t understand the resort fee and couldn’t get an answer on its purpose. Overall, we would stay again.

Sara Jul 25, 2026 04:11:57 AM

Summary: A nice space a little off road to see nature and spend a night.

Julie Jul 23, 2026 11:25:00 AM

Summary: Beautiful setting. Hiking close.

Andrew Jul 13, 2026 09:12:53 AM

Summary: Staff was nice and room was clean. Ice machine was only available on the second floor with no elevators. No pool or breakfast included. Cool lodge experience!
