Summary: Left before breakfast

Summary: Great room …….less than below average customer service at check in. I don’t expect a red carpet, but at least a “ Hi” would have been nice after a long drive. Instead, it was a “ name? I need a card for incidentals …” no directions, no room number , no get the hell out of my view or anything further muttered. Thankfully the roomier was on the card sleeve.

Summary: The breakfast didnt offer anything fresh. There was hard boiled eggs, bread, milk, water, cereal, oatmeal packets and bagels. I would have liked some scrambled eggs, pancackes and/or waffles to be offered too.

Summary: Everything was good. I understand cleanliness and it'd b hard to keep clean, but microwaves would be amazing. I mean there's fridgerators but no microwaves. Just a thght

Summary: Our stay at Spark provided everything we were looking for. It was conveniently located. All areas of the hotel were exceptionally clean. The staff was very welcoming and pleasant. To top it off, the price couldn’t be beat. We will definitely be staying at the Spark again and recommend it to anyone staying in the Lansing area.
