Negative: The walls are thin and I could hear neighbor TVs and people. Also the breakfast was just cereal, nothing hot.

Positive: I know that all requests aren't always granted, but can always be helpful. I worked at hotels before and I know you do your best to accommodate a guest to make sure that they stay at your hotel again. I didn't appreciate my card being ran before I checked in when I was told to come back a couple of hours later. I've never had that happen at a hotel before

Negative: I didn't care for all of the amenities being on the first floor of a three-story hotel. I believe I would make a request in the future if I stay to be on the third floor so that I don't hear noise all night.

Summary: It looked as if it was the best hotel in town

Negative: The staff was extremely nice. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. However, when it comes to the breakfast that is offered in the pictures are very misleading. There was only dry cereal and breads available very disappointing.
